Conveniently located but it goes beyond that. My wife and I were fostering a dog, I came here with a few questions. The gentleman behind the counter came around and showed me options for a teething puppy. He was very friendly, didn't try to hard push anything, and seemed to actually care by asking questions and engaging with me. Was very nice to experience because you don't find this in many places these days. Will be back And the puppy LOVED his recommendation (and found his forever home)

Closest pet store to me. As a reptile owner I am unable to get most of my geckos needs here. But it has a great selection for canines and felines. A year or so ago me and my friends were in the area and went to the store and we met a very nice employee. Overall a great place.

This is a very convenient pet store with reasonable prices and great customer service. We stop by every month or two for food, treats or toys for our pup. The staff there are honestly the highlight, truly. They're always friendly and engaging with my young children.

I usually have a great experience at this store, and the staff is always very nice and extremely helpful.. However, this evening was disappointing. The Manager who rang me up made a mistake and overcharged me. She was rushing this order. When I returned to the store to fix it, she neither apologized nor acknowledged the inconvenience. She said they would refund the difference>. Good Customer service includes courtesy and taking responsibility for mistakes.

The convenience of having a place 5 minutes away to get guinea pig food and supplies is great. Workers are always nice and polite. The bros appreciate it.
