Brought my dog in and come to find out he has diabetes. The doctor was very calm and eased all my fears, took the time to answer all the questions I had and made sure I knew this wasn’t the end. I had to come back in to relearn how to give the insulin and Alexis the technician that taught me, she showed me how to manage with my arthritic hands and comforted me and made me feel so much better about this whole situation. I feel like I wasn’t going to be able to give my dog the car he needed. Thankful for this hospital and the staff that works there.

I absolutely love it here. The doctors are very thorough and helpful with any questions I had. Alexis the technician I had was absolutely fantastic calmed my very anxious dog and made her feel so loved. So happy to have found this place!!

We called this clinic in an emergency situation because our regular vet was closed due to the holidays and our little dachshund was in pain and injured. They were able to see us almost immediately, and Dr. Cipullo and the vet tech Chance were fantastic. Despite the fact that it was an emergency situation, they were welcoming, calm, gentle, and reassuring. They took plenty of time, were very careful with our frightened dog, and reassured us as well. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice. We are so thankful that they were able and willing to help us, and we would certainly call on them again. They clearly love animals, and prioritize being there for any animal in the community that needs them.

Today I had a very disappointing experience with the female vet Patty, during our family puppy’s visit. He was really nervous and instead of creating a calm and supportive environment, she seemed dismissive and disrespectful toward him and me. What upset me most were her many hurtful comments throughout the whole experience such as “a year behind in training,” even though he is only five months old puppy. That statement felt unfair and hurtful, especially for such a young dog who is still learning and developing. At the end she said „I’m done tormenting you“ which hurt me a lot after what my puppy and myself just been through. I left feeling judged rather than supported, and it was not the compassionate care I expected from a veterinary professional. I would not recommend this place to any

Wonderful staff from the front desk to everyone behind the scenes. They all work hard to continually help keep our pets healthy! Recently we had an emergency, and Dr. Cipullo & Alexis Ramos sprang into action to help our Wiley cat recover.
