Jessie’s Pooch Parlor

I took my Yorkie puppy for her first groom today. Jaden was super sweet from start to finish and did a fantastic job on my puppy’s groom. Jessie is the owner and operator who still is there, and Jaden is her daughter. I like that it is family owned and operated, and it has been at the same location for 25 years! The facility is clean and well kept, the staff is friendly, they are easy to get in touch with, got me in for an appointment same week of my call, and the price was reasonable. Lucy was calm and excited to see me to show off her “spa do”. Lucy and I look forward to future grooms with Jaden. I made my next appointment and have already recommended Jessie’s Pooch Parlor to friends!

We were visiting from out of town. Our dog Layla needed her nails clipped. Jessie got us right in and did a fantastic job on Layla's nails. She was gentle and kind to Layla. I will definitely use again when in this area. I highly recommend Jessie.

Our dogs love Taylor. I’m always a bit concerned about leaving them with folks we don’t really know, but they clearly know and love her. Thank you, Taylor.

We brought our dog in earlier today to get her nails clipped. She was terrified before we even got her on the table and the owners did a great job of calming her, being understanding with the reactions from her and got the job done with a minimum of fuss! Great work!

We had a very bad experience with where we got Toby neutered and when I say this dog is my child, I mean it. I would end the world for him lol. Since the experience getting neutered, he has been terrified of strangers and hates getting his hair cut. The shaving noise puts him on edge. Plus, he’s a chihuahua y’all so of course he’s a neurotic little guy. He pinches, he growls, he’s just a scaredy cat. But I was absolutely blown away by the patience and care the staff showed Toby during his first grooming experience. I told them they definitely needed to use a little muzzle on him because he would fight them tooth and nail to get away. He was terrified and even peed and pooped himself when they tried to get him out of his carrier, but they were SO good to him. They cleaned him up, got his na
