Took my dog in before I had to be at work.took in a scruffy looking shaggy mop and got back a handsome little guy that looked like he graduated a 12 step program and got a prestigious job! The ladies here did a wonderful job! Thanks so much!
I took in an emergency foster Great Pyrenees after her owner unexpectedly passed away. She had serious matting between her hind legs and overgrown dewclaws that seemed to be causing her discomfort. I called my normal groomer and they told me it would be weeks before I could get her in. I decided to start calling around until I could find some place that could get us in quickly. Ultimutt was my next (and last) call. They told me to bring her in 30 minutes. I offered to help handle her because of her excessive size and unknown tempermate. They got us right back and got to work. The entire time the owner explained to me how to care for her coat and pointed out some medical issues she noticed all while cutting away matting on a 110# bear of a dog! She was even able to trim away matting on her
I cannot say enough about the staff at Ultimutt! They have been amazing. We’ve been taking our fur babies to them for about 2 or 3 years and in that time the owner has cared for our senior Lhasa (Luna), and our big guy (Felix) so incredibly well. They fit us in on Saturdays so my schedule isn’t interfered with, and they run a tight ship! I get met with friendly, courteous staff, every time and their knowledge around the tricky skin of our senior pup is amazing! Unfortunately I don’t have pictures of our dogs freshly groomed but our 5 week schedule is perfect for them! I moved 25 minutes away and still will not change groomers because of how wonderful they are!
Great place. Took our 5 month old dog for his first time. They said he did pretty well. The staff is very friendly and did a great job.
