They will sell you horribly sick fish this is only 2 stars instead because of the staff being nice they have consistently provided fish infected with columanaris and ich ontop of a few that had epistylis they however are very vibrant and appear to be genetically healthy assuming you are willing to nurse them back to health from the brink of starvation and death personally id highly recommend just ordering your fish on ebay from someone who knows what they're doing unlike these people "edit" i forgot to mention they sell crickets infected with hairworm parasite after observing the crickets we had gotten we noticed they appeared to have an extra ovipositor "this was infact the hairworm" so i will be making this 1 star instead because thats absolute negligence but honestly it should've been 1

Training review for Lori specifically. She's terrible. She spent class #1 (puppy training) starting from scratch with "sit" and I was the only one there so I received the entire onslaught of her "27 years of training" wisdom. she showed me a different way of 'sit' then I had been doing at home. not a problem in and of itself.. but she was extremely critical of how I was standing, how I hold my hands, my tone of voice, how I hold the leash, how to 'release' the dog from sit, how I lure the dog to sit. She physically grabbed my hand multiple times so i would follow her exact multi step method (Lure a sit, wait & while using waiting word, mark & treat at exactly the same time, release). my dog already sits so he was pretty confused with her lure method and I was bad at following her precise

They have a lot of items for dogs,cats,birds, hamsters, snakes, they also do grooming for ur 4 legged friend. They also have probiotics and other helpful meds you might need to help your pet lots of different foods for your pets to pick from. The people there are very helpful and can help you with your concerns u might have. Good prices I think and you can bring your furry friend inside so they can pick out a toy. I do recommend this place

When I need pet supplies, I go to the PetSmart in Niles, Ohio. This PetSmart isn’t too far from where I live so it’s convenient. It’s a big store that always has everything I need for my little dog. I always need treats and kibble & they have the brand that I like. They also sell chew toys that my dog can’t totally destroy. There is actually a section that’s labeled “Toys for Destroyers”, they do hold up, I’ll tell you that. They also have a very nice selection of beds, crates & cages. I do on occasion buy bath & soaps, a good selection of scents for sure. Navigating the store is very easy as well, every isle is clearly marked. The staff is always extremely pleasant & very helpful, and questions I’ve ever asked, they have happily answered. I know I’ll be back soon to purchase more stuff fo

I come here often and get supplies for my animals. They have some really great staff, and then one or two that come to mind that shouldn't ever work in retail. There is one man there who is always rude and barks stuff at you, no hello, no "did you find what you were looking for", nothing. Just get up there and he aggressively goes "PHONE NUMBER!" And he's just very aggressive. And there is an older lady that works there and she is almost always on register and it can take 20 minutes to come out with one item with how many times she has to call someone over to help and it's sad. However they have one lady, she's mostly in the fish section and she is fantastic, she's very knowledgeable in her section and very friendly and she's great!
