When it comes to pet loss can you really give five stars? In this case yes, we had to suddenly euthanize our family dog of more than a decade. We are heartbroken and lost, but the staff here was kind, helpful and supportive. Their pricing is very fair and they have many options for keepsakes of your pet should you need them. Our boy went to sleep peacefully and a week later we had his remains and tons of prints for keepsakes/tattoos etc. The staff even signed a card for our family for our loss. During this absolute devastating time, we at least could rely on the staff to treat us and our boy with compassion.

I am super grateful to Dr. Marek, the receptionist, the tech/assistant who helped us, and any other staff who helped make my best buddy Squid feel better late Saturday night. She couldn't stop vomiting, clearly felt miserable, and her regular vet wouldn't be open until Monday. I've never had to take any of my pets to an ER before so I was nervous. The folks here took care of her and had great communication with me throughout the visit. They did a thorough exam, x-rays, and bloodwork to ease my worries about her having anything life-threatening. They gave her some fluids for her dehydration and gave an anti-nausea injection that made her feel much better. 2 days later and she is doing great. She means everything to me so thank you for treating her with care!

Our 2 month old Pitsky puppy was jailbroken out of the enclosure and momma tore open a bag of dog food. Little man was severely bloated and uncomfortable so we brought him to these amazing people. They showed care and had a quick diagnosis and treatment plan when we were finally seen. We had to wait a little longer than we had hoped but it was due to another dog coming in, that was in much worse condition and required immediate care. We’re impressed with how they handled everything and kept checking in with us to reassure us that they did not forget about us. When we were seen the vet and the technicians were super caring and prompt and handled our bloated little monster with the utmost care. He over ate and had to have vomiting induced and he brought up almost two pounds of adult dog

I want to thank the staff yesterday for being available on a Sunday when there were no options available where I live to help me through a very difficult emergency situation with my kitty Sweet Pea. Despite receiving medical care in the prior weeks her health was rapidly declining and she let me know it was time to end her suffering. They took me in immediately upon arrival and listened to all of my concerns about her comfort during the emotionally difficult process. They took great care to make her as comfortable and peaceful as possible at the end, and gave me privacy to be with her both before and after it was over.
