These people are AWESOME! From the receptionist Kaitlyn whose patience is unending, to the girl Patty checking me in, and Dessie the nurse, whose professionalism is astounding, ESPECIALY Dr. Gilliand..the JEWEL in the crown. She took time to personally tell me what my doggie needed and thoroughly explained everything. These people CARE ...about the animals and the people who bring them in. I cannot say enough good things about this organization.If I HAD money...I would still choose this place for care of my pets. THANK YOU MORE THAN I CAN SAY TO THE WHOLE CREW AT ANIMAL PROTECTION LEAGUE

This is a most amazing and caring animal shelter group. They care for unwanted cats with varying medical issues and make sure each individual cat's needs are met. Some cats will get placed on loving homes, but those that don't, remain there in a forever loving and incredibly cat fun place to live for the rest of their years. A little piece of cat heaven in Texas.

This review is coming a tad late but im leaving a 5 star review because me and my mom just got a french bull dog from some family friends and it had fleas well we were at a petsmart and the people inside said that the puppy could not take any flea medication that they had because he was 9 weeks old, however as i was leaving petsmart to meet my mom outside at the car we ran into Joni who happened to be there and we asked her some questions and she called a guy named Phil Duncan with both of them had helped us get and find some flea medication to give to our frenchie and on top of that she even gave us some good advice on how to proceed with taking care of the fleas even with the medication, they were a massive help and i would highly recommend them for anyone!

There is no one that cares more deeply for the welfare of cats than the gentleman that operates this rescue organization. Donations go 💯 percent to the care and treatment of the cats under his care.
