Two Ridge Veterinary Clinic

I had to take my dog with an emergency situation he was injured when me and him both was mulled by neighbors American bullies. Two ridge was the soonest vet that would see my Mookie. And I called everywhere. So because of Dr. Somerville my dog is happily healed and his lovable self. Dr Somerville said the nicest things about my mookie. He said he’s just the most calm laid back fellow he’s seen. Made me feel good we got an appointment on Thursday for more things he needs done. Dr Somerville was my mom’s vet she refused to let anyone but two ridge vet clinic take care of any of her pet or any she fostered.. first picture was before his appointment. Most was 2 week later

Extremely disappointed with how we were treated for our sick dog after over a decade of loyalty to this office. We have never had any issues or sick calls before, but were ultimately dismissed and told to find an emergency vet which was not an option for us financially. We described her condition and received no help, no guidance, and no compassion. After calling for two days, we were only offered a spot on a stagnant cancellation list. We have discontinued our services with this company and hope this never happens to another pet. According to recent reviews, this is not the only time this has happened. Please take your business elsewhere. We weren't asking for the world, we were asking you to help our sick dog. She did not make it.

Not very understanding with issues for an older pet who can’t travel anymore. Good luck trying to get any info from the receptionist or getting past her to speak to the vet about an issue (aka somebody that actually could’ve assisted).

The people there are very pleasant and do a very detailed check up like at a baby doctor’s visit. I had to pick my son’s dog up after an emergency hysterectomy. The girl helped me get her into the car which was very helpful. She was so cold feeling so I covered her up with my shirt and drove her home . She is recovering very well . Thank goodness they got her in when they did she was very sick before .

My cat needed immediate attention as he was lifeless, limp but breathing. I called crying over the phone asking for help. But since my cat had never been there before he was turned away! I ended hanging up on them!! How cold can a vet be!? In it for the money only. Doesn't care about the animals. And my family member told me horror stories of rude people in the office! What a sham! No compassion for animals!!! 😠🤬😡
