Twinsburg Veterinary Hospital & Pet Lodge

My dogs have gone to Twinsburg Vet since they were puppies. They are seven now. I am so happy with Dr. Rachel and the vets I have seen when Dr Rachel was not available. I tell everyone to go Twinsburg Vet. We have moved many times and I feel Twinsburg Vet is the best vet I have had.

Reviewing the pet lodge for recent visit: My cat stayed 9 nights. We were fortunate that there was only one other cat there. My cat got a lot of attention and time outside of her litter cubicle. They followed all my instructions and gave her good care. It's very clean. The staff there now are very caring. They welcome you to call and check on your pet. I wish the webcam showed more of the room, so we could see her when she was out.

Every time we visit, he gets treated like a king. In my experiences there I found them to be, caring, compassionate and provide answers to any questions or concerns.

The staff at the lodge are extremely accommodating and respectful of a unique situation my mother is in health and living wise, always thinking of ways they can assist with the care of her dog, Peanut. I so appreciate the staff's attention and flexibility. Thank you!

I’m giving 5 stars for vet service. However, the boarding facility seems more like a pound. I would give the boarding facility zero stars if I could. The areas that house the pets are crazy small. Basically a place for them to lay down. They have their BEST dog room which is tiny but has nice flooring features similar to a home setting. This room use to have TV entertainment but the TV’s broke and they never bothered fixing them but still charge a crazy price. If I am recalling correctly it was $54.00 per day. I guess if you have a small dog under 10 pounds these spaces aren’t bad but for those of us with dogs over 50 pounds or more these are way too small. the cat space is literally a cubicle of maybe 3’ x 3’ where they would have enough room for the litter box and food then a shelf
