Very kind and compassionate. My little Milo was put to sleep at MedVet last weekend in Akron, and we chose cremation. A few days later, Faithful Companion called to let me know his remains were ready. Since I work during the week, they offered Saturday delivery and personally drove from Twinsburg to Niles to hand them to us. They even called ahead to make sure we were home. I truly appreciate the care, concern, and respect shown during such a difficult time

The emergency vet coordinated directly with Faithful Companion for cremation services, but I would choose them in a heartbeat if I had a choice! They are kind, compassionate, and professional. Quick turn around time. My cat died at the end of December and we have had his urn on the mantle. Yesterday, my daughter dropped and broke it. I called and the engraved another one for me and delivered it to my house same day. What great service! I feel like my cat is so loved, even after death.

I am so thankful that my veterinarian uses Faithful Companion for their cremation services. They were absolutely the best to work with. No one wants to think about losing their beloved fur babies but when the time came, I couldn’t think of a way anyone could go about this with more care, concern, compassion, and professionalism. My beautiful boy Sunny passed away rather suddenly at home and Northfield Vet Hospital along with Faithful Companion came together to allow me to bring my baby in late at night even though it was the weekend.
