Twin Ports Spay/Neuter

We have brought 6 of our pets here to be spayed/neutered over the years and they have always provided excellent care. Their policies and procedures are very clearly spelled out on their website. Thank you for the service you provide. The cost savings is huge.

I’m only posting a one star because of the lack of communication this company provides. I love affordability of it but their commutations is ridiculous. First of all the emails they sent were only about his is before care surgery. They didn’t explain at all about the process while he’s there or any other aftercare information. When I dropped off my cat then they finally told me then that he would be there overnight. I walked out confused like that’s it? I’ve had my other cats fixed in veterinary clinics but this is the first time with a company like this and so I brushed it off thinking that I’ll get an email later. Later on I got an email about the bill but nothing else. There was a number at the bottom of the page to call with questions. It is after their call hours; so I decided to try

I'm so grateful and thankful for the services they provide and at the cost! At my normal vet it was $568.00+ to spay my kitty. Here with all the extras I asked for, the total was only $234.00!! My kitty is now spayed with an updated rabies shot, pain meds and a very cute onesie ☺️ 😍! They were all so nice and respectful and were so very prepared even with the large amount of people with their pets! I will always go here and recommend them forever!! It is also a place i regularly donate to as their services are so appreciated for the low lvl income community! Bless you and your continued work!

My regular vet was booked months in advance for neutering, and I didn’t want to wait so long. I was able to get in here within two weeks which was great! I paid $189 for my dog to get neutered, my vet quoted me $500. The savings were worth the hour drive to Duluth. The staff was absolutely phenomenal and their organization even though they take a LOT of dogs each day was truly awesome. I was so impressed with how well they managed the flow of dogs without two dogs ever having to meet, which can be stressful for the animal in a veterinary-type setting. Dropped my dog off around 8 and picked him up after 1pm. Post op: He’s doing great! Minor pain, but they provided excellent aftercare notes and pain medication for 3 days after the surgery. They provide the cone of shame, but I opted to pur
