True North Boarding

I highly recommend True North Boarding! I boarded my dog Champ there for a week. I was apprehensive due to Champ not being a fan of men but after the meet and greet/facility tour I was at ease due to how Champ interacted with the owner Jeremy. Champ immediately took to him and was relaxed. The facility is so clean, smelled good and is climate controlled. The kennels are large with plenty of space for the dogs to lounge, play and eat. The outside is securely fenced for them to play. Jeremy worked with me to accommodate my schedule for drop off and pick up times. Jeremy kept in touch while I was gone and gave me updates on Champ. Knowing Champ was safe and well cared for made it worth every penny and I was able to relax on my trip. I would most definitely recommend True North Boarding!

Our experience with Jeremy was truly outstanding, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided. Having two German Shepherds that have never been kenneled before, we were initially concerned about how they would adapt to a new environment. However, our worries were quickly put at ease when we saw how well our dogs took to Jeremy. We had the best experience at True North. Jeremy, took excellent care of our dog. He communicated with us on a daily basis. So, we never doubted the attention our dog was given. Pricing was less than what we had paid at other places without this level of service. We will ABSOLUTELY use True North Boarding again without any hesitation!!!!

Great guy that really loves dogs, he give our Ellie the love and attention she needed while we were gone. Inside area was spacious and air conditioned. I'll definitely do business here again.

True North is an amazing place for our dogs, we have 3 German Shepherds, it’s our go too, they care for them like just like we do!!
