High Forest Humane Society

I just adopted a dog last Saturday who has parasites (giardia and hookworms), plus a severe flea infestation. I’m so upset because he deserves better. He was “rescued” but I’m not sure how they had the heart to let him stay so sick. I was told his Vaccinations weren’t even good because there was no record of them boosting the vaccines three weeks later. I’ve attached a picture of the dog that truly deserves more.

DONT GO HERE!!!My friend got a kitten from this place, paperwork seemed to be all in order until she had the poor baby at home for not even a week her 2 dogs caught worms from the kitten! Which she only found out after I took the kitten in because the place just lied to her about the kitten not having fleas or worms and honestly who knows what else at this point and now my cats are sick!!! Vet bills have been absolutely INSANE for both my friend and I. Seriously messed up place how dare you guys give away “healthy” animals knowing they’re sick!!! You SHOULD have at LEAST been HONEST😡😡😡😡

Great communication, friendly people! We took Blue home with us. He is a great dog.

No one is ever there drove two hours just for the gate to be closed

I've been playing a game to help get treats for the sweet dogs that are being kept there at the High Forest humane shelter. I strongly recommend that you do the same . These sweet animals need our love and support ❤️ 💕
