They are just great. Affordable with 3 dogs, the loves of our lives (Crazy Dog mom here) they are just comfortable and to the point on current needs. No pressure on unessary treatments, or products. Always able to accomodate and schedule you in quickly. We use to go to Animal Medical Center in Wentzville. Their prices went sky high and their service was beyond disappointing when our beautiful golden started having seizures. The day she passed we tried calling several times to only keep getting a recording they were in a team meeting. I was reluctant to make a change before that day because they had been there since puppies. Now I am so glad I did. I wanted a vet that cared about my dogs, not how much they could charge us for services needed. I highly recommend this clinic. I feel my dogs

Wow I'm speechless. Dog was out of apaquel so I called as soon as they were open to get refilled. I happen to be by their office a few hours later so I stopped in to see if by chance they had filled it yet. The receptionist at the front told me they were not ready. I asked her if there was anyway I could just get one pill until tomorrow since he was completely out. She looked at me and said " you just called them in 2 hours ago. I said I understand that and it was totally my fault for not calling in the day before. She stated this is why we tell people 24 hrs I said I realize that but I don't think I'm asking much for you to just get one pill until tomorrow. Dr. Kinsella your compassion for our Buster was truly heartfelt..all the the staffs compassion was so appreciated and Barb your words to make one of the hardest days of my families lives will never be forgotten. Yesterday we had to say goodbye to my best friend WIllie. The vet was very empathetic and walked us through what to expect during the process. While it was one of the saddest days I've had, I am grateful for everything they did.

Highly impressed with Dr Ragan. He was recommended to me by several people as the go-to veterinarian for bulldogs. Upon arrival with my English bulldog, sure enough there were two other English bulldogs there 😍. He was able to provide care today, and possibly avoid surgery in the future. And even if we do go down the surgery road I’m confident I’m at the right place. Great care. Very fair pricing. Able to schedule and get in with ease. Thank you Dr Ragan and staff!
