My golden retriever puppy just graduated puppy class here and I have been taking her to get a puppy bath once a month. I could not be more happy with her grooming service- both of the groomers have been willing to give me feedback about how she did and she comes home smelling and looking amazing! Tucker in particular always gives great feedback, is phenomenal with the dogs, and very polite!

The grooming team is top notch. I have a sassy fella and they are wonderful with him! Won't go any other place!

We bought 2 betta fish here and both died within 24 hours. We had done everything correctly and didn’t just throw the fish into a bowl. When I went by to grab some aquarium products, there were dead bettas sitting on the shelf. Very disappointing

Today, 2/1, I dropped my dog off around 12:30 (his designated appointment time) for a bath and cut. I was told during the normal drop off that they were busy and it would be closer to 4 hours versus the usual 3. I get it, they’re busy on a Sunday and my dog has a lot of hair. However, I walk in almost 5 hours later due to not receiving a message or call yet, to them cutting his nails and telling me it’d be another 30 minutes. A grooming appointment that should have taken 3 hours, today took 5+ hours. Their only explanation was having a groomer sick - then they should have canceled some of the appointments. I would have like to received a call after his bath to know how much longer it would have taken. I’m not the victim, my dog is, sitting in an unknown kennel with barking dogs for 5 hours

Sept. 25, 2025 - unsatisfactory training. Signed up for intermediate and advanced training with Carla at the Wentzville Store. Carla was all over the map with her training methods and didn't follow the established training plan. The one hour sessions you paid for were typically only 30 minutes. She would advise to bring certain things to the next class (e.g. bring a friend to help), but then when you got to class, she changed her mind and trained on something different, so the friend was not needed. You would show up for class, just to be told that she is cancelling the session. Carla quit her training job 3/4 through the class duration, but said she would combine the last two classes into a 1 hour session. So you got ripped off of a full hour of training.
