Troy and Heights have been my trusted veterinarian for some time now. I recently had an opportunity to meet Dr. Williams. She is, simply stated, just wonderful. Her skill level is obviously pretty stellar. She was so good with my cat, took an ample amount of time to examine him, explain everything to me and address all of my concerns. It is rare to have an experience where you feel an innate trust with someone so quickly. The staff is always friendly, SO kind, so professional. They consistently go above and beyond each time I come in. They have, on more than one occasion, made time for my pet when I know they are incredibly busy. The facility is always consistently clean, they always provide me with the absolute best options for my pet, then we work from there. I cannot possibly recommend

Went here for the first time recently and had a great experience. The team was very kind and really took an interest in my Cane Corso pup, Banks. I loved the appointment recap email I received after my visit, the small details showed they really cared.

Troy and Heights Animal is Awesome. Very reasonable prices and extremely clean facility. I was able to place an appointment online and be seen by the veterinarian within 48 hours. The vet and staff were knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. Because life is what it is our FurBaby did not respond well to any medication for her asthma. We decided it was time to release her from this worldly body. The office staff had set up a quiet room with tissues and other comforts to ease the pain of her passing. I am very grateful that we found this place. Days like today are difficult. To surrender is difficult. The compassionate and kind professionals in this office ensured our pets’ safe passage from this world while easing my and my families pain. Thank you for that. Goodbye Mabel we love you fur

I used to go to this veterinary Hospital when the original owners were in this office but CORPORATE took over and they are very unprofessional The vet walked in with her energy, very hostile and negative when I addressed I couldn’t afford what they were asking only care about making money.. they hiked up their prices making it hard to afford and won’t work with you on what you can afford so you can take care of your pet!! Don’t go here.

Horrible experience at this so-called “animal hospital.” From the moment I walked in, the front desk was rude—no greeting, no friendliness. It was clear I wasn’t their “typical customer” (a man of color with a big dog). They attempted to weigh my calm 9-month-old German Shepherd from a foot away, instead of actually engaging with him. The staff member’s face and body language made it obvious she was uncomfortable, even though my dog had given her no reason to be. In the exam room, things got worse. She acted intimidated and scared, hiding behind the door and closing it while my dog barked—because she was essentially playing hide and seek with him. Another staff member repeated the same tactic, further agitating my dog instead of helping him feel safe. When I tried to calmly walk my dog
