Tropical Tails Dog Boarding and Daycare

We’ve been using Tropical Tails for over a year now, and it has been an incredible experience for both us and our Doberman, Atlas. Atlas goes two, sometimes three times a week, and the difference it has made is huge. It gives him a structured outlet to burn energy and socialize with other dogs, and it has helped tremendously with several behavior issues. He absolutely loves it, and it shows every time we pull into the parking lot. We still do regular walks and training at home, but Tropical Tails has been the perfect supplement. It gives Atlas the level of stimulation and interaction that is hard to replicate on our own, and it gives us peace of mind knowing he is happy, safe, and well cared for. Tropical Tails is hands-down one of the best dog boarding places I’ve ever used. You can immediately tell how much care, structure, and love goes into everything they do. The space is clean, safe, and set up with the dogs’ comfort in mind, not just convenience. My dog was well cared for, happy, and calm when I picked them up, which says everything. The owner genuinely knows dogs and treats them like family, not just numbers on a schedule. Communication was clear and reassuring, and I never once felt worried while my dog was there. If you’re looking for a place you can actually trust with your dog, ESPECIALLY when your dog is your baby. Tropical Tails is it. Highly recommend.

Tropical Tails is amazing. Clean, safe, professional, and full of genuine care for the dogs. My dog was happy, calm, and clearly well loved while staying here. The owner is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly passionate about what she does. She made sure I was comfortable with where my dog was staying and she even updated me throughout my babies stay and sent me pictures throughout. 10/10 recommend Tropical Tails!!!

Leaving your dog somewhere is stressful... unless it’s Tropical Tails. From day one, I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was safe, loved, and understood. This isn’t some cold, overcrowded boarding facility. It’s intentional, well-run, and clearly built by someone who gets dogs. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for, not anxious or overwhelmed like I’ve experienced elsewhere. You can tell the negative reviews are not reflective of the real experience here. Tropical Tails deserves recognition for the quality of care they provide. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Wonderful Experience with Tropical Tails!! Owner was super sweet and took great care of our Dog Beaux. We were at Orange beach for a softball tournament and needed somewhere for our dog to be on short notice. She worked us in same afternoon as I called and he had a great time playing/ resting. Easy to communicate and work with as well as a great price! Highly recommend! Only negative was it is hard to find the building. Needs a good sign out by the main road.
