Wow! What a lovely experience all the way around - we are snowbirds and needed grooming for our shy, anxious Havanese, Ollie. The Shear D Tails team was wonderful with him; he even hung out with the other doggies & his cut is great! The cost was also reasonable, but, most importantly, everyone was friendly & supportive & seemed to really care about the dogs - HIGHLY recommend & we will return! THANK YOU Shear D Tails!

Shear D Tails Grooming is THE place to take your furbaby for grooming. They are very accommodating and very reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and seems very happy to be there. All the puppies seem happy to be there. Leah grooms my Jack and does an amazing job, and she is very knowledgeable about your pet's needs. Call today!!

Edit: I never personally spoke with anyone there but was told about the situation. And to reinstate how rude the owner is look at the response to my review. Also how judgemental and ASSuming they are. Mentioning in their reply to this review 'realizes they dont have sufficient funds to pay for an already completed service' is very unprofessional. I never mentioned having a problem with the price of a properly done 'service' or that i could not afford the price, however this was not properly done and was fixed upon arriving home. Also the one that did speak to the worker and the owner told me she could barely get a word in to speak on the situation so yes, she did eventually just ask for a refund. First off: Both the worker and owner were rude after confronting them with the poor cut. Miss

The staff at Shear D Tails took my babies on short notice and did an outstanding job! The staff was kind, professional, and personable. What great rates for service as well!! I pay double in Florida for the same service and will purposely be traveling to Gulf Shores to have them take care of my precious babies! Thank you ladies!!
