I just want to say, although these few months have been hard, I have been able to put my trust in this firm not once, but twice for my dogs. My first dog, Bo, was seen back in July after ingesting a foreign object that my previous regular vet dismissed. besides one incident with a receptionist, the remainder of his care was immaculate. I am definitely a helicopter dog parent, and they answered all of my questions and concerns post-op (which I called and emailed a bunch) & reassured me that everything will be okay! Leah met us at our car as soon as we arrived and was thorough, patient, and kind throughout the intake process. When we spoke with Dr. Zheng, she was equally outstanding. I can’t say enough about Dr. Rachel and the entire team at Triangle Veterinary Referral Hospital. We faced an unexpected and heartbreaking emergency, and from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we returned to pick up our “Charlie Girl’s” remains, their empathy and tenderness never wavered. I’ve been through this a few times in my life, but I have never experienced this level of compassion, clarity, and genuine care. Took my buddy Wink last night around 10pm. Staff was amazing and had us in and out within an hour or so! Took such good care of my 4 month old kitten. He came home, and acted perfectly fine, and is playful as ever! The treatments they gave him for his GI issues seemed to IMMEDIATELY work on him. I would definitely recommend bringing your fur baby to Triangle Veterinary Hospital!

Last week, I was referred to TVRH by a local animal hospital while trying to find emergency care for one of my dogs. I called ahead and upon arrival, the staff was able to help me get my dog inside and send her straight to the back. Dr. Green came out shortly after to speak with me about her condition and begin discussing the best course of action. Dr. Green kept me updated constantly; I never felt out of the loop. My husband and I had to make a tough decision in the end, but the support from Dr. Green was amazing. The card received with our dog's ink prints was so sweet and comforting; thank you to the entire staff. I would highly recommend this facility for your pet's needs.
