Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - Holly Springs

I adopted my dog about a week ago from Wake County Animal Shelter. She started sneezing yesterday, and my usual vet didn't have any availability. I was concern because I have other pets and didn't want her condition to worsen. I was able to make a same day appt and get her started on antibiotics. Doctor and techs were all very nice and sweet to my fur baby. Would definitely recommend.

I came in at 5:15 (they close at 6) after my dog clear ripped an entire nail off. I didn’t call and make an appointment but they were so kind and fit us in as it would be a quick check. The staff were so kind when we arrived and amazing with Obi! The vet was great at handling him and obviously loved animals. He made the exam quick and easy for Obi, was so gentle with him and patient. They got us in and out fast and the price was surprisingly cheap after we’ve experienced the urgent care/emergency visits. I would highly recommend for your urgent care vet needs!

Hands down the best Vet and staff we have used for our pets over the years! We were seen by Dr Tufts and his staff just before Christmas with our dog Kobe following a grand mal seizure (his first), and everyone went out of their way to make the visit as seamless as possible. We were given our options along with great explanations for treatment. Kobe was a happy boy with all the “treats” he received, making the visit a lot easier on him. I’m so thankful for the care my cat Rain received at Petfolk. Dr. Jonathan Tufts and the vet tech Kelly were amazing. Rain is extremely anxious and aggressive at the vet, and this was an urgent visit, but they still squeezed us in and treated her with so much patience and understanding. Dr. Tufts has been her vet for a few years and is always calm, thorough, and reassuring. Kelly was also incredibly kind and gentle throughout the visit. I left feeling so much more at ease. I really appreciate this team and highly recommend them, especially if you have a nervous pet!

The wonderful team at Petfolk in Holly Springs has been taking care of my beagle baby Maple for several years now. She loves visiting all her friends here and Dr. Tufts helped us through her back surgery at NCSU last year with a ton of support and compassion. Highly recommend them!
