While it is never an easy process when dealing with a Pet’s diagnosis of cancer, the compassionate staff in the oncology clinic made things a lot easier. Everything was explained to me in an easy to understand manner, and Dr. Williams and her team always treated my boy with his best interest in mind. It says a lot when my dog would see the staff and happily bark for their attention. I always felt like they treated my boy like one of their own and while he is not here now, I do appreciate the little bit of extra time they provided me with him. Thank you again to all of the caring staff in this amazing facility.
Sunday evening we were instructed to seek higher care by our local veterinarian for our baby Jack. While we were enroute our local vet was in contact with them to give them the background information they would need. I’m not sure if this made the process more seamless than usual but from start to finish they were amazing. Upon arriving I walked in to let them know we had Jack and that we may need some help getting him out of the car, within minutes we were met with a caring individual that I felt an instant connection with. She brought a gurney with her but luckily she was able to help us safely get Jack out of the vehicle. Once we got him inside, she immediately took him back to be evaluated. While we anxiously waited in the waiting area where we were met with soft voices while they instr
on december 9th, my baby uzi was throwing up uncontrollably throughout the day, i noticed him acting weird around 4 pm and rushed over to triangle veterinary, i called while on the way and set up my account so when we got there it could be set up and my baby was ready to get seen, he got took immidently and they got some backround information, unfortunately my baby was extremely sick and i had to make the hardest decison of my life by putting him down. The staff was extremely nice and supportive, and let us hold him until we were ready, took and prepared his body until we were ready. They did their best, my baby passed away at 6:25 in the afternoon, extremely grateful with the staff for doing what they could and being so caring with my family and me.
I have so many things to say. Our 8 year old terrier, Wally, got incredibly sick very fast. After multiple reports of clear labs and X-rays by our main vet, we decided to go here to get some real answers. We got an ultrasound here to figure out what was going on, and were immediately told Wally needed surgery that day to clear an obstruction in his intestines (a pretty routine surgery). Even with the surgery, Wally’s recovery was slower than expected, and we were worried he wouldn’t make it. The doctors worked tirelessly with us to figure out every possible way to save him. I want to specifically praise Dr. Hackett, Dr. Hirshenson, and Dr. Kimbrough for being so incredibly thorough in Wally’s care, and helping to save his life in the end. After 8 days in the ICU, Wally finally recovered fr
The overall experience here was really nice they took good care of my dog. The part that bothers me is I paid the consultation fee for the visit its self but they never did any other test on him to make sure he’s okay. After being up there for 7 hours that day I was told at the end of my visit my dog is paralyzed in his back legs and would never be able to walk again, they never did and mri or ct scan on my dog. Here it is 2 months later and my dog is walking again, don’t get me wrong I’m extremely happy that he’s walking again but I don’t appreciate the half-assed diagnosis and the emotional trauma it put me thru receiving that information.
