Tri-County Vet in Anna & Sidney has been our veterinarian to our dogs for multiple years and they have been nothing short of incredible & helpful every single time! There is so much to highlight from reasonable prices, to availability, and being a top notch facility. Most importantly, their staff is AMAZING! Each time we’ve taken our dogs, a familiar face has been there to help, and happy to see our pups again. They take the time to give the best care for our dogs, and go always answer our questions without feeling rushed or ignored. I truly can’t imagine a more consistently positive experience at a veterinarian.

Our vet recently retired and I didn't want to go back to that facility. He had experienced some trauma there and I wanted him to have a fresh start. My pup was lethargic, had a decreased appetite and just wasn't himself for 3 days. A good friend said this was the place to go. I called in yesterday and our big boy was seen today. The vet was very understanding and got our boy started on a pancreatitis treatment. He's had his first round of antibiotics and he devoured the can of royal canin. It was such a a relief to see him eat and to know he had a great visit. Thank you for taking care of my baby and not being judgemental due to his massive size. ❤️ Update: This place is PHENOMENAL! They treat my baby like their baby. Feel very comfortable and took wonderful care of my furbaby cat. Figured out what was wrong and treated her. The staff are absolutely awesome. I highly recommend them.

I have been taking my dog Sadie to this vet for 6 years and have nothing but great things to say! She had her yearly check up today and Kaleb Headings who was her vet did an outstanding job and is a vet I can trust. I could tell he loves animals and cares for them. Would definitely recommend him and this place.

However, I do know the cat had a severe eye injury—his eye was hanging from the socket—and this was clearly an emergency that called for immediate attention. My friend may have come across as upset, and understandably so. During Franny’s last visit, she was injured in your care, which added to the distress and urgency he felt. While I recognize that policies are in place for a reason, emergencies are by nature unpredictable, and in cases like this, a little compassion and flexibility can make all the difference.
