We have been taking our dog " Teddy" to Pet Palace for years after having a issue with a previous groomer. Our pet has always received the best of care, and runs inside their business excited for his next visit. Yesterday we called with an issue due to our work schedule and they immediately worked with us to get "Teddy" in ASAP even with their very busy schedule! In a world where customer service is more than lacking, the customer service at Pet Palace is amazing! So glad we found them and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks
I went for the first time on Wednesday and i had a great experience. Since i got through the door, very nice and friendly ladies, my dog groomed exceed my expectations he looked really handsome and they did exactly what i was looking for. The staff was friendly and nice. And even tho my little guy is a scardy cat they cleaned him up so nice!! And when I picked him up he was scared or upset. Totally going back!
Really like this place. The owner and rest of ladies are super nice and they care about the grooming job that they do. They do an excellent job with my AussieDoodle. Close in distance to my home as well. Highly recommended!
