I can’t say enough good things about Heather! She has such a special way with my dog — unlike other groomers where he gets anxious and tries to escape, he actually loves seeing her and feels completely comfortable in her care. Grooming his paws has always been a challenge because he hates it, but Heather handles it gently and skillfully. She always grooms him exactly how I ask, and he looks perfect every time. Recently due to my own medical situation, I wasn’t sure if I could make my appointment and had to cancel last minute. Heather was very understanding and professional, which meant a lot to me. Her kindness and clear communication make working with her so easy. If you want a groomer who genuinely cares and creates a calm, welcoming environment, Heather is the best!

Gracie has super powers when it comes to bathing my pups. I was struggling to find a groomer that could handle my German shepherd when I was told to contact Gracie a couple years ago. Gracie was able to take my girl with no problem and she went from being scared at the groomer to loving Gracie as much as I do. If you are struggling to find a groomer, I recommend Gracie over anyone, any day!

Staff is great. Our dogs are treated well as you can see by their smiles. Always a treat to see the huge variety of breeds being groomed every time I walk in there.
