K9 Hideaway

K9 hideaway took such good care of our dogs while we were away! Tommy was awesome and so accommodating to work with us. We usually watch our mother-in-laws dog and she watches our two but vacationing together we boarded with Tommy this time. He was so flexible with the 3 dogs giving them 2 kennels side by side and letting them get comfortable and choose which one they wanted. We loved the cameras at night and saw him one night being so patient with them as the choose where they wanted to sleep. He got to know there personalities quickly and gave us email updates with pictures. Picking them up at watching them run around the property and bonding with Tommy was sweet. Thank you K9 Hideaway.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I needed to this time. We all believe our dogs are special, and the best thing about K9 Hideaway and Craigmyle Training is that they believe it too! Our dog, Roscoe, has worked with Tommy at Craigmyle Training and has also stayed there several times for boarding. Every single time, Tommy makes sure Roscoe’s stays are filled with fun exercise and play—while also ensuring he’s relaxed, calm, and safe. We love and look forward to the pictures and updates he sends us so we can see how much fun Roscoe is having! I can recommend K9 Hideaway enough! They were absolutely fantastic with my nervous boy. Because my dog has trouble meeting new people, and gets very nervous in general, I always worry about him when he's boarding. The staff here were all fantastic, and really took the time to earn his trust. I loved getting photos of him, and being able to check on him on the video feed at night. The turkey dinner for Thanksgiving was a special highlight for him. 😂 He will definitely be back!

I used to use another daycare facility for my pup but since finding K9, I'll never go anywhere else! My dog has reactivity so we've been working with James, the owner/trainer, to improve his behavior and it's been fantastic! James actually gets into the dog's minds and can read their body language, etc. He's worked with/trained so many dogs, I can't think of a better trainer. Not to mention the K9 facility itself! They have luxury boarding suites that are temp controlled, have TVs, beds and cams so you can watch your pet while you're away! Their play yards are indoor/outdoor, monitored, and separated (bigs, Littles, etc) to maximize play time!
