Trailside Veterinary Services

Absolutely unacceptable. We were dismissed as clients for asking reasonable, direct questions about our baby’s care - a basic right of any concerned and caring pet owner. Customer service was already poor, but worse was the clear undercurrent of racial discomfort felt during each visit - treating, while also being dismissive and condescending. Not a hint of real compassion. Instead of working to improve their poor service, they chose to close the door. If you’re looking for respectful, inclusive, and professional care — look elsewhere.

Unfortunately I recently had to put my 16 year old pup to sleep. The staff at Trailside was able to get us scheduled quickly for the appointment. Dr. Galusha was extremely caring and calming during the visit. The staff even went above and beyond making my son feel comfortable by giving him some candy and kind words. All in all they made the experience as smooth and painless as possible.

I have been with Trailside for almost 5 years and I've always been very happy with their service. Everyone is caring, respectful and polite. Dr. TIM is very clear and comprehensive. A+!

Dr Galusha had been my vet for years. I will always be grateful to him for how he handled my dog’s difficult end of life care. However, I recently had a very upsetting & perplexing experience with him after my cat became diabetic. Like many of the more “old-school” vets who have been trained to treat cats like small dogs, Dr Galusha unfortunately doesn’t follow up to date AAHA guidelines for treating feline diabetes. When I requested correct treatment (these are not subjective things; it’s easy to look up the current clinically supported treatments, & he was not doing them), he did provide it (with significant reluctance) for a while, but at some point apparently got fed up with my requests & very abruptly fired me as a patient/owner at a critical time in my cat’s care. It was upsetting &

Warm, peaceful, friendly, and professional . Very gentle with our kitten,that they fostered. Asked great questions, and listened patiently to our answers. The entire team is wonderful. Highly recommend.
