She is a life savor!!! I am a new mom and a first time town dog owner. And notices my dog couldn't poop and her but was plugged. I called 4 places before coming across Tracy who said come right away, ON HER DAY OFF! She was so nice and reasonable on price! I never leave reviews, but I could not express enough on how happy I am with her! She went above and beyond on helping me out.

Our family was blessed with a shih-tzu puppy (Max) and at 14 weeks he was needing a little attention. I asked my vet about local groomers and they couldn't point me in one specific direction so I started looking around the area. Of course I asked friends and than I searched Google reading all the reviews thoroughly. I liked what I read on Tracy's reviews so it was worth a shot! Absolutely no disappointment here. What a real down to earth woman, groomer, and fellow dog owner. She was kind and had great communication. We discussed Max's needs for grooming and what would be best at his young age and also his first grooming experience. She wanted nothing but the best experience for my canine. Called to get my large dog groomed. Left a message to Calle back. Unfortunately never got a call back. Hopefully this will change for other folks.
