After reading up about the different type of fuel pellets and the way each pellet stove burns them, is to try different pellets from hard wood to soft wood and in between to fine what burns the best for my needs. . After having an exhausting day we thought we found a location selling the hardwoods fuel pelleta. After not finding some, but their online said they did, the manager? Went looking, came back sweat entrenched with the 4 bags we needed. That there, is customer service. Thank you!

Came for a Dewalt Air Compressor. When we got to the air compressors, we noticed this tag hanging on one that read “reduced” and was marked down. On the back of the tag it read “power switch not working” We were denied purchasing the power plus protection because it was an as-is product. We took the gamble and our electrician met us at our garage to inspect the issue of the air compressor. We lucked out. The unit turned on without any issues. We think that maybe whoever first bought it and returned it back to the store didn’t have enough power to power the unit and claimed the power switch was on. We were told the original purchaser bought it and returned it the same day. Our garage has already be reworked to accommodate a big air compressor. So we just turned it on. We’ve had it for a few

I bought a Cannon 64 gun safe at the Woodscross location actually the second one i bought at that location. It was shrink wrapped it didn't have the box. When I got it home the the code wasn't right someone changed it. The more I looked it, it was well used the shelves were all matted up, dents and scratches all over it, the door doesn't shut right. They said they would give me some money back on it but never got a penny from them! I want to take it back and get a new one although it's alot of work getting back into a truck and haul it all the way back to Woods Cross I'm not a kid anymore. You know I'm just pissed and disappointed I called them the day I got it home and talked to 2 people that worked there and said they would be happy to help. I think some room for improvement is needed in customer service. I took my daughter into Woods Cross for an emergency duck food run last night. I got there at 8:57 and was out at 9 o’clock, empty handed. Not impressed with the sales clerk and night, managers attitude. I watched through the window as it appeared they were bad mouthing my daughter for coming in late behind her back. Naught naughty. Come to find out that the bag of food she had was moldy which spurred on the emergency. That bag of food was to replace a prior bag of food that was moldy. Both purchased from tractor supply at the same store. With a little care and concern the manager and clerk could’ve turned this into a positive experience.
