Really one of my favourite stores and branches in San Angelo. Bought a large safe from this branch and staff went over and above to help me and get it delivered to my house. They kept in great communication and delivered it on time as per the plan. Great service

Conveniently located near the loop. Plenty of parking. I could not believe the selection and quality of their pet food and feed. The store itself is not exactly easy to navigate; however, if you like cool stuff walking the whole store to find the one thing you need isn't so bad.

Needed to fill our propane tanks on our RV on a Sunday. Not only did Shelby fill the tanks, but stayed out in 98 degrees, no shade and helped my husband get the tanks secured to the camper. Good old fashioned guest service at our hometown Tractor supply store. Thank you Shelby!!

Customer service is great. Staff are friendly. My one issue lies with management. We went to look at Chicken Coops and decided on one that was pretty large. On their website, it shows they have 3 in stock. We wanted one still in the box for multiple reasons such as getting it home, into our back yard, and also the fact they charge a $100 assembly fee. Well they decided to build all of the ones they had in stock, and not leave any in the box. Okay, well how much is it to get one and have it shipped to store for pick up? They said it would be around $100. They did say we could take a rain check and get one when there’s a surplus but could take months. So our options were to be forced to pay $100 for assembly fee, pay $100 for shipping to store, or wait a month or more for one to may
