I was in the store to return some boots and the cashier by the name of Karen was extremely rude. She told me that because I wasn’t a member of the neighborhood program I had to have my refund put onto a gift card for the store. I asked if her how I would sign up for that program because I wanted my refund in cash because that’s how I paid for it and she freaked out on me and said I was being an inconvenience for her and ended up giving me my refund in cash. FYI I had the receipt and I had just bought these boots 3 days prior. I will never walk back into this store and will never tell anyone to shop here. I couldn’t even tell you how many times she rolled her eyes at me in the 13 minutes I stood there while she processed my return. Karen should not be working anywhere that customer service

This store is great. Carol and the team are awesome. We were in bind and needed a new tire right before closing on a holiday weekend. Instead of being annoyed, they treated us with a smile and helped us get in and out quickly. The local customer service is wonderful and so hard to find these days!
