I stopped her because I needed to get some taste of the wild dog food. Small little place but they had what I was looking for. Seems like a strange location for a pet store and parking is a little pain but they had what I needed.

Ventured out to Pets of Portage after our Golden Retriever grew out of her first puppy harness. The woman who helped us was super helpful and even let us bring our puppy in to try on several different harnesses. She also gave us tips on leash walking, which is something you don't get when you shop online! Glad to support a local business and will definitely do it again in the future!

Absolutely terrible I used to pick up crickets from here and they don’t allow you to buy more than 3 dozen at a time. Even tho you have more than one reptile to feed. They are EXTREMELY rude and negative everytime doesn’t matter the person the mom and the son are most definitely the worst. I usually don’t write reviews but this place is horrible and needs to be shut down. Everything is everywhere and prices are pretty high considering you can drive down the street and get items for way lower. If you are the type of person who wants to be treated nicely and helped in a positive way I highly highly recommend pet supplies plus over by ace hardware they even have a bakery for your pups.

Staff is great. Always willing to assist with your pets needs.knowing customers by there 1st name and my ESA Atom. Very pleased with them.
