On 10/11/2025 we purchased a 40lb bag of Diamond Naturals dog food only to find out on the morning of 10/12/2025 that the bag had a gaping hole that had been taped up and as my husband lifted it kibble started popping out so I called the local Tractor Supply in Massena NY and told them and asked if I could exchange it that I didn't feel comfortable feeding it to my dog. No problem when I got down there the cashier said they would need to do a refund and re-purchase as we had used several reward $ toward the original purchase then she tells me that I owe the difference we got discounted the day before on our rewards so it cost us to just exchange it for safety sake .Just a heads up expect to pay back your rewards to get an exchage on a faulty item .

Super friendly staff always ready to help!!

I had bought an Adams flea and tick collar for adult dogs and puppies! This collar tore up my poor baby’s neck made his neck all raw. This product is not okay for small dogs, my dog is about 2-3yrs and he’s the size of a chihuahua. If this is okay for puppies it should’ve been okay for him! Do not trust this product!!

This store has fantastic employees. They go way out of their way to help in any way they can. I regularly shop TSC brand clothing and find it compares to or is better than higher priced bigger name brands. Their animal feed is top notch. All good and no bad is what this store is!

Denise was very helpful on our visit today. She got us some prices on items that were on clearance but not marked. She had a big smile on her face when she greeted us. The store has alot of things you can't find other places.
