Edit: Travis went above and beyond to correct the issue and make sure I got a new one in the box and made sure I was satisfied before I left! I was definitely upset about it but the way he handled it, I am glad to call him a friend now. I asked 3-4 times to make sure the go kart was good to go. There picking up 1st night and screws were missing and part of the frame was loose. John called me the next day and said it was good to go and I asked again that everything was tight and ready to ride. He assured me it was. I was already nervous that it wasn't going to be installed right and something was going to be wrong since they put it out front with it not being completely put together the 1st time. Bought a safe from them and they loaded on my trailer and broke my gate! And they were supposed to file a claim to compensate me for the damages. And Been 3 weeks and still nothing. Everytime I call they said they are trying to see what is going on and they will call me. But I still aint getting no info. If at all possible please avoid this store or tractor supply if you can. Especially if you want something loaded. Aint holding their word which is why I am leaving this review!

PSA: Find a different propane refill station. Always a different story on why propane isn’t available. Claim they are completely out, but I suspect they just don’t have a certified employee working to perform refills. Calling ahead in an attempt to confirm propane always end in disappointment when I arrive and no propane refill services available
