Hollywood Feed delivered one of the best pet store experiences we’ve had. As new puppy owners, we were looking for guidance on safe, high-quality products, and the staff truly exceeded our expectations. They were welcoming, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store. Instead of simply directing us to items on the shelf, they took time to explain which treats, snacks, and supplies would be best for a young puppy and why. That level of care and attention made us feel confident that we were making the right choices. The store itself is clean, organized, and stocked with premium pet foods, treats, and supplies. My dog loves his trips to Hollywood feed! The employees are helpful, kind and knowledgeable and treat him like a good boy (he’s a pittie so that doesn’t always happen everywhere). They are happy to assist with heavy items by bringing things to your car. They never act like they are doing you a favor by serving you and they have an extensive offering of food, clothing, toys and treats. I recommend them highly!

This is one of my go to staples around the city. The staff are always polite and helpful. I would willingly give a 5 star review but unfortunately I find the selection of cat products is a little bit underwhelming. They have the basics: dry food, wet food, litter, toys. The dry food selection is AMAZING, they have a bunch of different brands and types of foods. Where it gets a little lackluster is the wet food, litter, and toys. They have a decent selection of wet food to pick from, but the options tend to be very niche. Nothing wrong with niche, this is a fairly niche store after all, but the market has been saturated with foods the manufacturers think cats like. Too many patés, too many specialty ingredients. Hollywood Feed is great in general, and I find this store to be consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The products are excellent and I really appreciate that the store supports local Pet Charities. Some people think that HF prices are high, but the quality of the goods is the best and some brands, like Fromm, offer discounts with multiple purchases. Further, free delivery, store adjustments, and flexible returns make it a totally positive experience.
