Staff is always great here and super helpful with suggestions. We also like to rent the trailer which is easy and fast to do! Also took our dog here to wash about a month ago and it was simple. Just connect your collar to the short clip, turn water to desired temp, and wash your pup! Then blow dry! They provide towels, soaps, and other supplies. Well worth the $10!

saw the self pet wash for only $9.99, thought might as well. brought my well mannered retired assistance dog w her rabies vaccine paperwork (figured they'd ask), they didn't. they don't regulate if any of the pets have had their shots, red flag #1. got her to the two shower, TINY room, looked for a ramp (she's 10+ years w arthritis), found it, but it was barely stable, red flag #2. every brush available was DISGUSTING, #3. once i got her into the bath, there was no actual slip on, had to make my own w my slip on leash, #4. finally figured out how to work the shower handle, but the wires near the bottom were all sticking out and i just about put a small hole in my fingers MULTIPLE times, #5. about halfway into her bath, she was standing in dirty bath water. called the front, took them about

Everytime I come in here I am always greeted with a smile and a hello or asked if I needed any help. I came in to grab wild bird seed and some critter feed. I am 6 months pregnant and a gentleman/employee insisted on helping me load my bags in my truck for me. Did he have to do that? No, he didn’t. But it’s so nice to see people being kind. I did not catch his name, but I do know he’s going hunting this weekend and I hope he has the best time. My hopes in this post is that someone high up recognizes they have a great employee and should be told so! Thanks for being a great person and enjoyable place to shop!

Shout out to Michelle at the Fort Oglethorpe location for True Customer Service. Thank you! You're awesome. Over the years i have been loosing faith at a lot of stores with customer service. And no longer shop at couple, including Walmart. Will continue going to this store.

I shop here at the least once a week sometimes several times a week. Jerry deserves a big fat raise and if he isn't in management he should be. Jerry has gone 100% out of his way to help me multiple times. Last week I walked in and asked 3 male workers if they help with getting chicks. They said no and walked off. Jerry would never. They ladies up front are always helpful as well.
