Found this vet on my fur baby insurance portal and I’m happy I did.. it was such a great experience, they took great care of my baby, and the workers were very friendly and warm. I took him for a nail trim and they definitely took great care of him and they said he did great.. The office had such a nice ambience for the pets and they even sell pet candles something I never ever seen before. Dr. Ford took her time to explain the meds to give my bby. The dr also called to check on my Jester after his visit and I love it that they cared enough to check on him.. Looks like we established a new vet for my bby. Thank you guys so much! My dog is vary attached to me. Needing to touch me constantly when she is uncomfortable. I held her the whole time. I was in tge room for everything except like two minutes while they went to go trim her nails and do some scans. My dog used to bark and snarl the whole time at any other vet. And beyond that. I actually feel lisend to. Unlike at the university hospital. I can actually talk during visits. Instead of vets just rushing me with medical jargon. Things are explained. Also like I said they listen and don't just throw pills at the problem. From shots, to the looking my dog over. Everything that could be done in the room was. My dog was in my lap or arms for everything she could be. When she couldn't be i was aloud to keep a hand on her no mater what. I am sorry if others had a bad e

Welcoming, staff . Professional, knowledgeable, caring and true animal lovers. The place is clean (spotless) . The doctor performed a thought initial examination. She was knowledgeable and explained in detail how to take care of my 10 weeks old puppy along with behavior modification and diet recommendations. I’m telling all my friends about Towne South Animal Hospital, in simple words a Great place.

For new patient got a next day appointment. Got back there quickly after filling out paperwork. Staff was friendly and had my dog feeling comfortable being in a new area. Will be going back
