Dr. Dukes is great! The entire office staff and vet techs are so wonderful and compassionate. We have been going here since 2010 and she has always been thorough yet conservative with treatment as the pet owner needs to be.

This was my first time here. I just moved to this part of town. I read reviews and asked around about the 2 animal hospitals in the area, and North Shreveport Animal Hospital won. I really enjoyed my first experience. I didn't feel as overwhelmed as my previous vet. My large elder dog got the care he needed (what I came in for) plus they resolved another ongoing issue he was having. The best part, was how much cheaper they are than my previous vet, and for the same care. I'm slowly going to transition my other 5 "kids" to this vet. 😂 ❤️. The primary reason I left my vet was because they wouldn't do scripts outside their own pharmacy and they seemed high.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was extremely anxious at visiting a new vet, as this was the first time I've made a vet appointment for my baby without my mom's help, since my mom passed away. NSAH made it so simple and made the visit so relaxing. Jasey (my 8 year old Australian Shepherd mix) seemed at ease, and she did so well. The visit was quick. I paid about 140$ for the visit and her 3 yearly vaccines but did not get the heartworm test or fecal. I was super impressed. I will be recommending this vet to others!!

I Like to thank the crew at North Shreveport Animal Hospital the ladies there are the best my boy cat Harley is back running and playing with his cat sister after surgery on Friday. Harley is the small one

Dr. Dukes and the staff at NSAH are the best! We recently had a serious situation with one of our babies having seizures, and they were amazing. Now stabilized on medication, Juju is doing much better. We are so grateful for such a caring staff!
