This truly feels like a Christmas miracle! For three months, I visited this shelter trying to find a kitten, but something always went wrong — either the kittens were too young, or there was a quarantine. Just when I had almost given up hope, the shelter called and told us they had a three-month-old female kitten ready for adoption. For the past three days, this little one has been bringing so much joy to my husband and me. She is incredibly affectionate, very smart, and immediately understood where to use the litter box and where to eat. She loves playing with the tripod and cardboard boxes, turning them into little houses. She purrs constantly and always asks for cuddles. We are extremely grateful to the shelter for such a smooth and fast adoption process, as well as for the care and lov
The shelter has a bunch of felines and doggies to choose from every single one of them has a unique personality and they are extremely polite. I happened to be searching for a cat when I stumbled across this shelter. I just got cookie from the shelter today the process was straight forward they didn’t even take the adoption fee and had also given us all his medical records and some food for the first day. Cookie is such a sweet gentleman and is already adjusted to the household.
I got my. Dog from town of Hampstead, animal shelter. They were very good at helping me pick out the right dog. He's the love of my life. I've only had him 3 weeks. He's lovable. I thought he was a pitbull, but I found out through my vet. He's a Louisiana cattle. Dog and pitbull mix. The trainers help me with him with my other dog. They play so nice together. They're very good at picking out a dog for you. I suggest if you're gonna get a dog. You should go there and meet with their trainers. They can help you find the right one for you. I thank them very much for help for me. And for the trainers. That helped me too. His name was originally Charlie. His new name is gunner.\n Gunner is one in a million. He's smart, stubborn and no challenges too big for him. I will always be dedicated t
We adopted Clover 🍀(now called Bobby) in June, and he’s such a sweet and loving boy. He seems really happy and comfortable in our home now ☺️. The shelter staff have been so kind, friendly, and supportive throughout the whole adoption process. If you’re thinking of adopting a cat or dog, I definitely recommend this shelter!
We brought our feral cat in to be TNRd but were informed. He was already neutered. None of hamstead, residents can get feral cats fixed for free. Be warned...If you're bringing in your own house cat, they will keep friendly cats.So don't be dishonest!
