Today was my first time taking my Yorkie Bella here. I was so scared at first because my family moved to North Bellmore and I’ve only been with one groomer since having Bella. Bella is now 4.5 years old. I have to say, I had the most AMAZING experience ever! Kim, was so friendly and sweet. She took her time with each customer and spoke with kindness. She is so good with her customers as well as everyone’s fur babies. I would definitely recommend! I explained that I have been only going to one place for years and they do what they want and Kim literally said, we will take a look and whatever needs to be done, we will do it. She even took a picture of Bella’s old pic from getting groomed / what I wanted and made it happen ! This is my new permanent groomer for Bella. 1000000000/10

Professional and friendly. I have 9 lbs Yorkie. Showed them a picture of what I wanted and he came out perfect! Jenna did his cut. Love her!

Jenna is the best groomer on Long Island! Her talent and demeanor with dogs is unmatched! I have been to every groomer in NYC/LI and no one grooms a poodle like she can. She’s also super mindful of my pup’s anxiety and calls me 15 minutes before she’s done so that I can get there and not have her waiting too long. Jenna’s sidekick, Kim, is also the sweetest! Such a great team. They foster great energy in there and I know my dog is safe and happy. Much love!

Gibby loves to go see Kim and the gang! He's a big dog with a lot of fur. He also has hip problems. So it's no easy job!!! I've boarded gibby with them also!!! Thank you guys so much for making Gibby look and feel great. Joe.

I debated on whether or not I should leave this review but decided it’s very important for any snow dog owners to know. I brought my husky here for a groom with specific instructions to call me if there is any concerns. His regular groomer was busy and we needed an urgent appointment, and decided to try this place out with its good reviews. Took about seven hours for him to be done, which should have been a red flag itself. When I picked him up, his belly was completely shaving, his side was absolutely haphazardlytrimmed or shaven. His behind region was also shaved. When I spoke to the employees about this, they explained he was really matted and that they had no other choice – they had no breed understanding that huskies are never to be shaven.
