T&C vet and staff have been absolutely amazing to me in every way. Even though my initial reasoning to see them wasn’t a good one, and it didnt end the way i wish it would have, they showed my leo, Kevin, and I the utmost love, respect, and support. These people deserve everything. Thank you for showing your love and gratitude to me during my hardest times. Losing Kevin was devastating for me, but knowing you all cared help me more than you all know. Dr Sophia and Dr Corey are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them for your Reptile needs. TW: end of life care. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I have a toddler who came with me to every appointment for my fur baby and they went out of their way to play with him while I spoke to the doctor. They gave me exactly what I needed to take the best care of my precious dog. The biggest thing that really impressed me was how they all actually LISTENED to me and worked with me to make my girl's (dog's) last days the best possible while considering our WHOLE family. When it was time to say goodbye to our beloved family dog, they were absolutely professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was as good as it could be for our final farewell. I would recommend this vet to everyone with a furry family member.

I’m incredibly grateful for this clinic and the entire staff. During one of the most stressful moments I’ve ever faced with my dog, they showed nothing but compassion, patience, and genuine care. Every person I interacted with was kind, reassuring, and deeply attentive, and Ghost received exceptional medical care from start to finish. What stood out most was the humanity — the way they treated both my dog and me with respect and understanding. It meant more than I can say. I called mid-afternoon to make an emergency appointment for our 17-year-old cat. We were told that there would be an additional fee for a same-day appointment, which I had no problem paying. Town & Country did an amazing job taking care of our cat. Everyone at the clinic was extremely professional, courteous, and caring. Our technician, Hanna, is an amazing person, and we cannot thank her enough for the way she treated our cat. Dr. Waterman was very thorough in her examination and ensured that she conducted all required testing to develop a plan of action. An inept, inexperienced, and completely clueless vet in the area had told us that there was nothing we could do and that he recommended euthanasia. They're amazing, they saved my cats life when my original vet couldn't be bothered, I've started bringing my other cat here now, and he has multiple health issues, they don't try to rush you out and they do an amazing job of walking you through everything. Everyone from the front to the back are extremely kind. I will never take my animals anywhere else. They've got a client for life.
