I was at my wits end with my 6 month golden doodle. He was full of energy and I could not stop him from jumping on me or other people. The nipping was getting worse and I could not get him to walk on a leash. I called M Pack after being referred to them. I had a positive experience from the first time I called them. I was able to get an appointment for an evaluation on the same day. Mark was VERY professional and he paid attention to what I was saying. I signed up my pup for a three week Pet Manners I training that same day. He came the next day to pick up my pup. I was invited to go see the facility where my pup would be staying for the next three weeks. I was put at ease to know the facility is on the same site where the trainer lives. We love the progress that M Pack Dog Training done with our German Shepherd Mr. Jenkins. He is 100% better in following my commands and more attentive to my mood. M Pack has helped train 3 of our dogs in the last 2 months. All 3 being dog reactive & the 2 males couldn't even see each other in the house. Vet visits were a nightmare. Beginning of September when we started in home training, after a month of Board & Train, I could barely walk 10-15 mins without a dog due to recovering from a disability. I can now, not only walk but walk each of these dogs with their challenges, now that they trained & are much calmer. The males are 55 & 65 pounds, and controlling them on walks & the vet before was terrible & impossible for me. Now with the slip lead instead of a harness I can correct all 3 dogs & control most scenarios, squirrels are still a work in progress. Mango went in with high reactivity towards other dogs and any noise, extreme separation anxiety, submissive peeing, and lack of confidence. Henry is a high energy 4 month old Boxer who went to Mpack at just 3 months old and flourished. After completing an in-home consultation, we knew Mpack was who we needed to partner with in order to help establish a strong foundation for Henry. They truly are professionals.
