Town & Country Veterinary Clinic

We took our female rabbit,LeBron, to Town and Country in Ogdensburg to be fixed. We were extremely nervous and had a million questions and concerns about it. The entire team was gracious and kind in answering every single question we had. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of our little girl. We highly recommend them for all of your pet needs.

We took our dog in for a check up and we very pleased with the reasonable wait time for the appt and liked how genuine the vet we seen was down to earth. Personable n best of all acknowledging n honoring our wishes to take a more all natural treatment approach opposed to harsh medications unless absolutely needed.. she gave us real guidance we were looking for, rather than prioritizing making a sale. Definitely would return to Dr. Pierce in the future.

Amazing staff that provide caring and friendly service. I had such a great experience with everyone there for Samoyed’s dental surgery. They were very transparent with what care I would need and made me feel comfortable and informed. Would highly recommend !

I was very pleased. I learned so much about Neko that I did not know. Since Neko is a rescue dog he has a lot of issues. Dr. Pierce took a lot of time with Neko. I learned so much about him I did not know. I wanted his nails trimmed while we were there as he has so much anxiety and is foot sensitive. She had other suggestions that worked great and I was able to trim him at home. Neko did great for her and me. Our first visit there was great. Thank you everyone. I let my sister-in-law know as she has a rescue young dog and she will be booking.

I debated writing this review, but there are almost no reviews for this vet surrounding rabbits and I feel it’s important to share my experience. I moved to North Country from Michigan and needed a new vet. I took my two rabbits in for a wellness exam and a nail trim. The total cost was $170. The first red flag was that I was asked no questions about what the rabbits ate, where they were kept, what concerns I had, etc. If you have rabbits, please know that these questions are essential, and the bare minimum of what you should be discussing. The bunnies were weighed, and the vet felt their stomachs. That was the extent of the entire exam. The vet did not look at either of their teeth- this is another essential part of any wellness exam for a rabbit. The vet never took out their stethoscope
