I would have given Zero stars if I could have. I think its terrible that pets cannot be adopted unless all other pets in the household are spayed or neutered. The pet coming from the shelter is already fixed. They would rather see an animal stay in a cage, instead of it finding a forever home with a loving family over a money grab in my opinion. It's no wonder so many are forced to purchase a pet instead of rescuing one. I have never heard of such a ridiculous policy in my life. These organizations twist your arm and force you to spay or neuter your animals in order to save another. That's kind of a sick and twisted thing to do if you ask me.
