Had an appt to have cat's nails clipped ($20) and told lady on phone to please concentrate on left paw nail that grows in a circle. Was NOT told I'd be charged an additional new pet charge of $37. Total: $57. Owners cannot come into building, but arrive in pkng lot and phone in. When done, cat brought out and owner hands over credit card. I told lady I wasn't told of extra charge. It was 20 degrees that day, she doesn't make the rules, so how could I object to her? Cat was in there for less than 15 minutes. Nails not clipped very well. Told to come back 2-3 weeks. People not allowed inside. Why? Was told "COVID". That's an excuse. I have my vaccine, had 2 heart attacks and am 71. I was fine when I filled out 1/2 sheet of paper as I went in front door, not knowing, with basic info.

Do not recommend always late for my appointments when they are scheduled! Very rude and inconsiderate told them my dog does not do well in the car so can someone come get him for his on time appointment and was told things happen so he needs to wait FOR HIS SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! Smh so me and my dog is currently standing in the rain past our SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ! Update is it now 3:45 and my dog is just now being taken in

Dr. Jensen saw my cat today and she was very friendly! I didn’t feel rushed, she took the time to listen and to answer my questions. This is a really nice place to bring your pets!

Hearing about my elderly mother’s recent experience with the veterinary office my entire family has been going to for decades is disturbing and honestly I’m disgusted! The customer service and care have been declining immensely the last 5+ years. I will be filing a report with the better business bureau as racism in this day and age needs to be punished. It isn’t the 1800s or even 1900s, this kind of treatment is completely inappropriate and you all should be ashamed of how you treat your longstanding PAYING customers! Very disgraceful and distasteful behavior, shame on you!
