Great veterinarians and staff. We had a puppy in danger from a bowl blockage, in which the bowl was protruding. The vet removed the blockage the same day, in her office, in just a few minutes. She saved our puppy from a major surgery and death. Excellent vet!! We are so thankful for Town and Country Animal Hospital. ❤️ you all!

Both offices, New Market and Dandridge have the most caring staff that I have ever seen at a vets office. These people are awesome! Check them out. FYI they also groom dogs and board them.

Town and County is so amazing to your animals and will give top care!!! My cat health has deteriorated this past month and came very close to death possibly. But with this amazing vet , they have got him back to health very quickly! Thank yall so much for what yall do and we all very appreciate Dr Laurel Johnson!

We are from Orlando FL, on our drive up our family dog of 12 years, Halo, Passed away in my wife's arms in our car. Town & Country and their wonderful staff were very warming and helpful and were able to have Halos ashes back to us in 24 hours in a lovely box so we can bring him home where he belongs. Thank you so much! We miss our Halo so much and I'm glad that this Animal hospital was there to help us. Rest in peace Halo.

They'll charge you $399 to kill your best friend, without doing triage, because they have to send you pet to someone capable. They are not capable of even issuing antibiotics. Fair warning. They wouldn't let me leave with her. The wanted to kill her.
