Our babies Gracie and Sophie are always well taken care of here!!! We have had terrible issues with another vet clinic in Knoxville and lost a previous puppy:( Ever since then we have been coming to see Dr. Brown and him and his staff have allowed us to trust again, especially after the traumatic event we had elsewhere. They are very good to our babies and treat them like their own!!!! I highly recommend Dandridge Animal Hospital!!!!!!

Wow, oh my goodness they are exceptional at what they do. While here on Vacation our dog severely injured a back foot. They got us in as a walk in emergency, while there we saw the staff in action rushing to another did having a seizure in the waiting room. I can't say enough about the professional caring way they all responded to this emergency situation, which ended well. Our doctor and assistant, took so much caution in examining our dogs foot and providing exceptional information on what we could do. They also provided meds so our dog could make the long trip home safely. For the time we were there, almost every staff member impressed us with there caring comforting attitudes towards all the pets and owners waiting for their appointments. A big Thank you

This place is what a vet should strive to be. After taking our babies to other vets that cut corners, did not truly care about the patients, just gave subpar care overall, I’m so glad to have found Dandridge Animal Hospital. The difference in care is eye opening. Dr Diedrick has cared for two of our dogs so far (that both have multiple health issues) and she is absolutely amazing. Thorough, well educated, professional, and you can tell she actually cares about the wellbeing of the animal, not just what is easiest or is going to make profit like other practices. She makes sure you are informed on any diagnostic findings, treatment options, and she also informs you of costs before going forward with anything which is a lot different from other vet practices. These people are absolutely amazing. We had a scare with our two month old puppy with her throwing up and diarrhea. Now this wasn't a medical emergency, we were just concerned about parvo and the limited time you have to catch that. My boyfriend went to a couple of vets around Dandridge and no one would see her that day until these amazing individuals. They can out to the car, tested her and thankfully she tested negative. They were so wonderful with our Keeva that we decided to make this her permanent vet office. With two vet visits under our belt I am happy to say we will continue to visit. My husband brought in our 6 month old puppy after a recommendation from our Dog Trainer. She came in with skin allergies and a hot spot and they walked out with some simple medication at a very reasonable cost. Less than a week later her skin and coat are like new again and we could not be happier to see the relief this has brought her. The veterinarians there really seem to care about the pets they treat and not just turning a profit. I highly recommend them!
