Town Cats

We adopted 3 adorable cat brothers from Town Cats in 2022. This last year one of our cats developed hyper-grooming as well as urinating in innappropriate places. Our vet suggested an animal behaviorist to help. We called Town Cats and they came to the rescue! Jeanne Butler called me back promptly and worked with us to help figure out what was happening and how to solve the problem. I'm happy to report that with her help our cat is now happy and no longer exhibiting those behaviors. Thank you Town Cats and Thank you Jeanne Butler!!!

My sister and I adopted our furbaby from Towncats 2 years ago from the Pet Food Express on BlossomHill. She has been very healthy and even though all cats adjust differently, she was quick to warm up to her forever home and people. The process to adopt was simple and easy to follow, and we were given her medical records after adoption that made it easy for us to follow up with necessary vaccine shots. I have been to the Pet Food Express on BlossomHill numerous times and the Morgan Hill shelter once, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I always tell friends who are looking to adopt cats to consider Towncats because they take such good care of the cats and a lot of them are so ready for their forever home. By far the best shelter. Me and my wife had the privilege of adopting 3 year old Blue (previously known as Anakin) from San jose's petco on Cottle. He was well taken care of, healthy and extremely well behaved. Thank you Town Cats for being awesome people to not only kittens but also adult cats! He's been great.

I was honestly at the point where I gave up on my cat Luna due to her aggression with my 1 year old son. Once I reached out to Town Cats and started working with Jeanne, I saw a complete change in Luna’s behavior within the first week of working with Jeanne! I am so grateful for the knowledge she provided me and all the implemented environmental changes have been instrumental in promoting a harmonious household. I also appreciated Jeanne reaching in to check Luna’s progress and her continued recommended tips and tricks that continued to help!

Spur of the moment, my kids and I decided to stop by Town Cats. They really want a cat and I'm hesitate. I had been to Town Cats a few years or so ago and had a bad experience, so again spur of the moment, I thought id give it a second chance. Glad I did, it was a pleasant surprise to see the shelter looking so nice and the lady was super friendly this time. I probably asked a million questions but she went through all my concerns and my kids loved the cats. My kids are already asking when we can bring their dad back to pick one out. I don't normally post reviews but thanks again, keep up the good work!
