The staff here is very friendly and caring of your pets needs. The pricing here is better than other veterinary places around here. Update : My cat Simba, unfortunately, was diagnosed with liver failure. When it was time to make that very heartbreaking decision. I turned to them, and they helped me through it. I had never gone through this before, so I was incredibly nervous 😓. They were very helpful and caring through the whole process. I am very grateful for their kindness. I was able to order memorial services so that I could receive his ashes. They have affordable options for any budget, and that was wonderful. It was a very sad day for me and did their best to accommodate me. Rest in peace, my baby Simba. 😭

Brought my dog in for an annual exam. The vet barely looked at my dog and I had to ask them to look at her teeth because the vet was mostly looking at the chart and tried to leave after less than five minutes. Then they could not find the medical records I'd sent them. Very disappointed with the lack of care from the vet.

Dr. Harrigan and his staff is wonderful! Compassionate, accommodating, sweet and the prices are less expensive than others, they're affordable. Very trustworthy, you don't have to worry about unnecessary services or being overcharged.

Erynn and Dr. Hoyt at Gilroy Vet Hospital are the only people I trust to take care of my recently rescued and very traumatized, fear-aggressive dog Maddie. I had taken her to two other vets before trying Gilroy Vet Hospital, and the approach at the last place was to practically choke her with a slip lead and use force to get her to stay still. She was so scared after that I couldn't even bring her near the building and knew I needed to find someone new. Erynn immediately knew what to do with Maddie, avoiding eye contact, making slow movements, and she had me place a blanket over her body and head so they only thing Maddie could see was me. They were so patient and calm with her, and I was absolutely amazed when we were able to draw blood and touch sensitive areas without even a growl. We h

This was our first time there. We put our beloved cat down today. The staff were most kind and gracious. We definitely will go back to introduce our other pets.
