Beware. If you’re looking for compassionate and professional grooming services for your pet, you may want to consider another groomer. I brought my 9 month old Bernedoodle last week for a grooming (which includes a wash, cut and nail trim) and was left with a completely buzzed dog. I never asked for my dog to be shaved down to the skin. I asked for my dog’s matted hair to be cut and the rest of her fur to be trimmed. If that wasn’t something that would be possible, a phone call from the groomer would have been appropriate to ask for permission or options for the grooming. The veternians lack respect for the owners. They rarely introduce themselves to you. I appreciate that they like to connect with the pets. My overall opinion on care + experience is mediocre.

This is my second dog here I've been going here for 2 decades. Great for socialization. My dog loves to swim. There looks forward to going every time also gives me the break. I need the staff.All seems to love their job

We took all three of our dogs there to establish care. They are all different breeds, ages and sizes. They took excellent care of all of them and have handled their ongoing issues very well. We are so glad we chose them!

Extremely disappointed with the lack of empathy and respect for our pup and for us as customers. About a week ago, we brought in our pup for a routine grooming, the third time she’s been in. The first two times were fine, we were satisfied. This visit was a disaster. She’s a bernese/standard poodle mix and had a little bit of matted hair around her collar area and her back legs. We specifically asked just to go short where the matted hair was and NOT shave her. Well, when we showed up to get her, we didn’t recognize her. Completely shaved everywhere on her body but left the tail long(?!) and trimmed her face like a schnauzer.
