Dr. Freitas and the entire staff were amazing! They were all super attentive and sweet with my fur baby, Lulu, making our first visit a breeze. Usually, my dog gets really nervous at the vet, but she was totally relaxed this time, which was a huge relief. The clinic has a cozy atmosphere that doesn’t feel like your typical, sterile veterinary office. So glad we found such a welcoming place!

The staff are Awesome! Pepper likes it there which makes me happy and feel comfortable. She has her nails trimmed and teeth cleaned from being a member of Good Vets program. I highly suggest signing up And going to Good Vets. Have experienced other veterinary care and this is great affordable vet care do you and your baby dog! ❤️

Amazing experience with the wonderful staff at Goodvets. My miniature dachshund needed bilateral hernia repairs to be spayed and have two baby teeth removed all at the same time and she is doing beautifully! They were so sweet and caring and their prices are reasonable for the elevated service. Highly recommend will be bringing all of my dogs here!

I want to take the time and thank Dr. Freitas and the wonderful staff at GoodVets in Apex for taking care of our precious dog Sasha. We unfortunately had to put her down. That decision was extremely hard but necessary. Dr. Freitas was there by our side the whole time. They gave us enough time to say goodbye😭😭. The staff at GoodVets is amazing. We had to say goodbye to our sweet little Yorkie and they were very attentive, compassionate, and professional. They made a very hard situation as comforting as possible. We take our other dogs here too for routine checkups, shots, etc., and always have excellent service. We're so grateful to them in so many ways.
